Baystone Property Management is looking to hire an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician for its small family run business in the Concord NH area to help manage a portfolio of approximately 72 apartment units in Concord, Hopkinton, Henniker, and Andover.
Ideal candidate should also have experience in carpentry, property maintenance, heating, electrical and plumbing. EPA license a plus.
Ability to replace kitchen cabinets, install vinyl plank flooring, paint, all without direct supervision.
Valid driver's license required. Clean criminal record. Willing to be on call, including 24 hr as needed.
Must have good communication skills and respond to tenants and vendors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. We use the property management program Buildium where all maintenance tasks are populated. You will be shown how to use the program which simplifies tracking/completing tasks.
Full Time Employment. All tools can be provided, possibly a work/plow truck, possibly work cell phone to right candidate.
