Tenant maintenance requests, grounds cleanup, weekly rubbish dump runs, mowing, weeding, plowing, Air filter changes, light fixture changes, drain cleaning, cabinet repairs, drywall patchwork, toilet stopper changes,
Spin down filter cleaning, coordinating repairs that require a specialist or appliance deliveries.
