Office Administrator, Part-Time
GETC is seeking to hire a well-seasoned, highly organized, reliable self-starter to fill the position of Office Administrator for our resident owned community. This will be a 20-25hr./week position. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a diversified environment. As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Include: Handling incoming & outgoing mail. Receiving & responding to emails & Phone Calls. Processing new Tenant applications & documentation. Organizing, ordering & maintaining office supplies, equipment & inventory. Coordinating & scheduling meetings. Transcribing Meeting Minutes. Creating News Letters. Providing administrative support to Board of Directors. Preparing, distributing and/or mailing correspondence, memos & reports. Assisting with the preparation of project documentation, RFQ’s & bids. Maintaining & updating project files & databases and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma (Associate's degree a plus). 2+ years as an Office Administrator or equivalent position. Proven administrative or clerical experience preferably in a real estate and/or rental environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong organizational & time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines. Attention to detail & accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team. Notary Public and/or basic skills with QuickBooks are a plus. Ability to pass a standard background check.
