We recently bought a small home in Sunapee, NH. We are working to have it furnished and repaired/renovated, while we are not local.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and an excellent communicator.
The job will entail things like meeting the furniture delivery trucks, bringing smaller deliveries inside, providing entry to contractors, one-time carpet cleaners, plumbers, etc., and being the eyes on-site that we cannot be.
The job will likely be thru January 1 and maybe longer.
