We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Southern NH Industrial Park. As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our bookkeeper and accounting team to ensure the smooth operation of financial and compliance-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the bookkeeper in managing financial records and transactions using QuickBooks.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property management using Buildium software.
- Prepare and file quarterly reports for regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate the acquisition and maintenance of overweight permits and IRP registrations.
- Process and file 2290 forms for heavy highway vehicle use tax.
- Assist in completing and filing MSC150 forms as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Buildium software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the trucking industry is a plus.
