Join us for our April hiring event! We are holding a hiring event for compassionate Direct Care, CNAs, LPNs and Residential Program Managers looking to assist those with disabilities.

Thursday, April 11 from 10 am to 4 pm

Rain date will be Thursday, April 25 from 10 am to 4 pm

We are looking for Direct Care Professionals, including CNA/HHA, LPNs, Direct Care staff and managers to work in comfortable group home setting to assist those with Brain Injury and Developmental Disabilities. In this role you will have a range of duties include administrating medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) and assisting people with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking. You will also work alongside Program Director to implement treatment plans which are recovery-oriented, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and strengths-based approaches.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required,

Prior experience working in a human service setting strongly preferred.

Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants.

All applicants must:

✓Must be a least 21 years of age and have held a valid US driver's license for at least one year and should be able to pass a CORI, driving record, employment reference check as well as a multi-state background check.

✓Must be able to complete paid Vinfen training to become CPR and First Aid certified within two weeks of hire and become MAP certified within 150 days of hire.
