We believe in the dignity and worth of every individual, and our team is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Professionals to join our team in providing care and support to individuals living in our residential home located in Lyme, NH. You will play a key role in assisting residents with daily living activities, fostering independence, and promoting a safe and inclusive environment.Responsibilities:Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene(toileting/bathing), grooming, meal preparation, and medication administration.Support individuals in developing and achieving personal goals and objectives, including community integration and participation in recreational activities.Implement individualized support plans and behavior management strategies as directed by supervisory staff.Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns.Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the residential home, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for all residents.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including healthcare professionals, family members, and case managers, to ensure the highest quality of care and support.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in human services or related field preferred.Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, STD and LTDPaid time off and holiday payOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and inclusive work environmentPathWays of the River Valley is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in the workplace.
