We are in search of a Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse operations in our Salem, NH location

Summary:

Support the warehouse operation including but not limited to shipping and receiving, order tracking and fulfillment, material handling, inventory and record keeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Responsible for Shipping and Receiving

Inventory control

Clerical duties (filing, answering phones, maintain shipping documents in orderly fashion)

Maintain stock locations within PENCOM

Customer kitting and assembly if required

Report con-conforming products to Management

Maintain the warehouse (sweep, dispose of trash and any other task set forth)

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice by management

Skills/Knowledge Required:

Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

Demonstrated customer service, phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Must be detailed orientated to meet deadlines

Working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Skills/Knowledge Required:
