Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Exeter. This is a brand new facility with start of the art equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled technician looking to utilize their mechanical knowledge and skills in a dynamic environment.
Duties:
Troubleshoot machine down situations including mechanical, electronic and hydraulic systems.
Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
Maintain and repair large scale industrial equipment
Perform troubleshooting and repair of systems and components
perform detailed equipment inspections and preventive maintenance following OEM specifications
Review failure trends to identify and implement long term improvements for process
Perform routing preventive maintenance tasks
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a complex maintenance role in a fast-paced production environment
Proven working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLC/s/computer hardware control
Experience working with CNC equipment
Excellent mechanical aptitude
Strong ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate with multiple levels of organization
High School diploma or GED

Hours: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30pm
Pay depends on experience.
