Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing CNC machine programs using Solidworks or Mastercam software. Will create and document an efficient and accurate CNC machining process to meet internal and customer requirements of precision aluminum thermal components.
Responsibilities
Review customer and internal drawings
Design all necessary workholding, fixturing and custom tooling in Solidworks or Mastercam
Create manufacturing drawings for all custom tooling using Solidworks
Create probing and macro programs
Create in-process documents for critical features
Maintain all NC code
Support CNC Machining during setup and production process
Collaborate with other CNC programmers to develop best practices
Experience:
3 years CNC milling programming (Mastercam Preferred)
CNC Milling programming (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis)
CNC lathe programming (preferred)
Solidworks
Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication
HS diploma or GED
Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.
