The Assembler III performs a wide variety of assembly operations to create precision electro-mechanical assemblies. They use precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance with blueprint specifications and tolerances to meet our customer’s needs. They will be Working with a microscope for extended periods of time to assembly delicate antenna products. Working regularly from prints and drawings and utilizing parts lists to match work orders/routers, following process specifications and utilizing standard measuring tools to follow customer specifications and then accurately fill out supporting documentation. This position requires soldering small center conductors and cable assembles, building wire harnesses and circuits.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate results of work in process to management at daily Value Stream meetings ·

Identifies and addresses non-compliance, looking for continuous improvement opportunities

Interface with engineering, quality, planning and other support groups to get the support and assistance needed to

resolve issues that are affecting quality and/or deliveries

Ensures 5S practices are adhered to and sustained within work are and ensures that Safety, Health and Environmental compliance is included as part of everyday activities

Minimum Requirements:

2-4 Years of related experience

Should be familiar with geometric tolerances

Ability to read and interpret blue prints.

Basic computer skills

Need excellent soldering skills

This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Preferred Requirements:

1+ years experience soldering
