The Position:
As the Corporate Marketing Graphic Designer at Grappone Automotive Group, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual aspects of all marketing materials. This role requires creativity and an eye for design to ensure all projects reflect Grappone’s brand values and engage our target audiences effectively. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop graphic content for advertisements, digital marketing campaigns, print materials, and social media. A high level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining the Grappone’s brand standards, as well as our franchise partners' are crucial.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Scheduled hours may vary within these times.)
Some nights and weekends will be required throughout the year for marketing support at special events.
Additional Responsibilities:
Design and produce visual materials for various marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design solutions.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual outputs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and branding skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
