Hello ! I am Jenn and I run WildCraft Herb Company - a small batch botanical Company operating out of Epping, Nh.
I am looking for the right person to join our team and take over our production management position. This is an extremely important and vital position to this business and this person will be given a large amount of responsibility and fulfill an essential part of our rapidly growing business. Ultimately I would like this person to take over being able to run the entire manufacturing side of my business producing labels and filling bags, making tea bags, up keeping a clean room to gmp standards of cleanliness etc. Learning how to package and ship orders etc.
We are a small family business and want to find someone that can grow with us as we grow.
Paid training for the right person.
Raise after 3 month trial period.
1099 employee to start you will be responsible for your own taxes (being put on payroll is an option for the right person and situation).
25 Hours per week minimum with potential for full time for the right person.
Main Duties -
The main task will be
1. opening vacuum sealed kilograms of tea leaf and putting them into smaller packaging inside the clean room. Making capsules. Need to be somewhat physically fit, able to stand for long periods of time and work efficiently and with focus.
2. Labeling bags with our custom artistic labels front and back. Need a high degree of attention to detail and care about the work you do.
3. Packaging and shipping orders. Need to be able to run the software and apps connected to orders and inventory. Need to understand or be able to learn shipstation and inputting weights and sizes into shipping programs, will teach the right person.
4. Communicate effectively with us. The right person will be given the tasks that need to be done and have some level of flexibility in setting their hours, within reason, and needs to be extremely good at communicating and being responsible to the overall operation.
