Sustainable Farm Helper Wanted

We are located near Rye, NH and are looking for a sustainable, organic (possibly out of school) farm helper to learn or already practices farming methods to protect the environment, expand the Earth's natural resources, and maintain and improve soil fertility on our farm. The job entails: The love of the land, mowing fields with a tractor, use of equipment and how to fix them, growing vegetables, and duck egg farming, plus an ability to be good with their hands and fix things. For the right Farmhand, it will come with an 2 room apartment with utilities included. Part or full time & salary is considered on the ability of the farm hand.
