RecMech is hiring! We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team at our shop, where we rebuild recycling equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that values growth and reliability, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Picking and shipping parts
Loading and unloading trucks
Painting and cleaning equipment
Repairing and rebuilding compactors, balers, and much more
There’s plenty of opportunity to learn new skills in welding, electrical work, and rigging – perfect for someone eager to build a long-term career.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone reliable and ready to work with their hands
A quick learner with a strong work ethic
A team player who’s not afraid to get dirty and take initiative
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and alcohol test
Must meet company auto insurance eligibility
