R&B Services, LLC, a small, family-owned, veteran-owned excavation company in Sanbornton, NH, is looking for hardworking and motivated Laborers to join our crew. We are willing to train the right candidates who have a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in the excavation industry.
Position Overview:
Laborers play a vital role in excavation and site work projects by assisting equipment operators, maintaining job site safety, and handling materials and tools. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance your skills in the construction industry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Site Preparation – Assist in setting up and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Material Handling – Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
- Trenching & Backfilling – Work alongside operators to dig, backfill, and compact trenches.
- Safety & Compliance – Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including proper PPE use.
- Assist Equipment Operators – Help with spotting, shoveling, grading, and general site work.
- Basic Equipment & Tool Use – Operate hand tools, compaction equipment, and learn about machinery.
- Team Support – Work closely with foremen, operators, and drivers to ensure smooth project completion.
