Maintenance Tech needed for Mobile Home Community.
In need of a Maintenance Tech to maintain the grounds and park-owned facilities. Works mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment. Landscaping and plowing experience preferred. Full-time with overtime opportunities.
We are looking for individuals that are reliable, responsible self-starters that work well independently, come to work with a positive attitude and are mechanically inclined. If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people, have grounds experience and like to stay busy, we want to hear from you!
Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties:
- Plowing
- Landscape maintenance
- Grounds & property maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Facility maintenance
- Basic vehicle maintenance
- Activities can include plowing, mowing, digging, operating equipment, painting, carpentry, fence building, vehicle maintenance and repairs, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- At least 2 years experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience.
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
Compensation:
Pay commensurate with skillset. Overtime opportunities may be available.
