Law Realty manages a wide range of industrial, warehousing, and office spaces throughout the New England area. The property management team performs consistent property maintenance, landscaping, upgrades and renovations, and the occasional special project for its tenants.

Facilities Maintenance -

$22.00 to $25.00 per Hour - The daily work schedule begins at 6:00 am and finishes mid-afternoon.

Work begins at our facility in Nashua, NH and crews travel to sites together in company vehicles.

What you will do on a typical day:

Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment

Assisting with other types of repairs or maintenance

Operating power equipment for grounds maintenance or snow removal

Assist in moving equipment, racking, office units, furniture, etc

Provide services as needed to tenants and tenants’ properties

maintains clean, safe, and orderly work area and sites

What you need at a minimum to succeed at Law Reality:

A valid driver’s license. CDL A or B preferred

Clean MVR

Must pass a DOT pre-employment Physical, drug test and criminal history background check

Ability to operate fork truck, scissor lifter, bucket loader, snowplow equipment, bucket truck, box van, and ground equipment

Basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, ground’s keeping, appliance repair, roof repair, and minor electrical work

Work independently with minimal supervision

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) plus 4 years of related experience

Experience with tools used in maintenance and repair of building facilities.
