We are a national maintenance provider and we have full-time openings to fill in Rockville, looking to start as soon as possible. We'll provide you with all the tools and training you will need, a company smart phone, and cover all fuel and job-related expenses. The job has several sites around Raymond and we'll provide transportation, Per Diem, and travel expenses.
Job duties include:
General maintenance and landscaping
Operate hand-held and light construction equipment
Apply construction techniques
Account for project materials and equipment
Ensure safe work practices on all project work
Mowing
Weed trimming
Sweeping
Cleaning storm drains
Inspecting stormwater pipes and light construction/maintenance/repair
Required Skills:
Stormwater/Water/Landscaping/Utilities experience a plus
Construction - concrete repair, (forming, and finishing) excavation/trenching
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must enjoy working outside
Should be comfortable using a smartphone, and communicating well
