North Shore Land Design is seeking individuals to join our 'Landscape Maintenance' team. If you are motivated, pay attention to detail and take pride in your work, this may be the position you've been looking for. Having good communication skills is necessary to receive directions from on-site 'Crew Leader' and at times interact with clients. Experience is preferred but job training will be available to those individuals who show and interest and the willingness to learn.
Job Description:
- Spring and Fall Cleanups, edging, cultivating and raking out plant beds.
- Weekly lawn cutting and line trimming.
- Weekly plant bed maintenance.
- Performing daily equipment maintenance.
- Assisting with landscape construction, plant installation and irrigation projects.
- Pruning plant material.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years is preferred
- The ability to operate non-CDL vehicles, e.g. pickup trucks, small dump trucks with trailers.
- Safely operate basic industry power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Valid drivers license with a clean history.
- Possessing or having the ability to acquire a Medical Card.
- To be on time for work every day.
- Having transportation to and from work.
