High Value Cleaning Contract Seeking An Established Cleaning Crew
This is a unique and highly valuable long-term cleaning opportunity, ideally suited for a small-to-medium sized cleaning contractor with a team of 3 or more members. The contract involves ongoing work across multiple student housing properties in Hanover, NH.
The project begins with a paid trial cleaning—a deep construction clean of a 1,600 sq. ft., 2BR/2BA house. Successful performance on this initial clean will lead to a much larger opportunity, including hundreds of student turn cleans in late summer through early fall, as well as ongoing apartment cleanings throughout the year.
This contract is offered through the PINCH Cleaning Network. The selected contractor will work as a subcontractor, with all fees, insurance, scheduling, invoicing, and payments managed by PINCH.
Requirements:
Must have 3 or more team members
Must become a certified PINCH Pro, which includes:

Completing a short online training
Passing a background check (required for insurance coverage)
