Experienced Supervisor for a Pick & Pack Operation

Must speak fluid Spanish. Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00, plus overtime as required. Supervise a team of 6-8 individuals, responsible for kitting, picking and packing orders. Set priorities, manage workflow and create ways to measure productivity, ensuring all team members are contributing as expected. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. You will also be expected to kit, pick and pack along with the team members.
