Midas North Conway is a franchised repair shop locally owned and operated. We currently have one of the highest car counts for a Midas shop in New England due to the rapid growth in the Valley.
We are currently looking for a technician who is seeking an opportunity to earn great money and work in a positive environment. We offer base hourly pay with commission on top. Generally, a technician that can flag 40+ hours week will be compensated $1500-$2000 a week. Our workload is a mix of maintenance, under car and wheel-well work, to general under hood repair. We have some diagnostic work at times, but it's mostly just turning wrenches.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license a must
2+ years of automotive experience preferred
NH State Inspection certification preferred (will send for training)
Ability to repair vehicles independently, and owns tools and equipment
Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
Experience using equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
High School Diploma or equivalent - technical degree a definite plus
