About Us: Grappone Automotive Group is a leading automotive company committed to providing exceptional service and quality vehicles to our guests. With a strong focus on guest satisfaction and our team members well- being, we are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Help to assist with the recruitment process, from posting job openings, attending career fairs, and facilitating new team member onboarding.
2. Team Member Relations: Act as a point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Plan and organize company events.
3. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, and development plans.
4. Benefits Administration: Assist with administering team member benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
plans, etc.
5. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, track training needed, and support team members development
initiatives.
6. Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
7. HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records and HRIS data.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Effective communication and people skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required of this position.
