Hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm, extra hours are available.
Job Summary
Assists physicians, nurses, and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties.
General Accountabilities
Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations.
Cleans treatment rooms following patient examinations.
Interview patients to obtain their medical history.
Records patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files.
Performs routine screening tests, such as height and weight measurements and blood pressure checks.
Scheduling appointments/ Answering the phones/returning patients calls.
Updating and filing patient medical records
Using computer applications
Greeting patients and answering phones
Data entry
Properly disposes of contaminated supplies.

Job Qualifications
Experience: 1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Licenses/Certifications: CPR and first aid certification required; certification as a medical assistant (CMA) preferred.
Skills
Attention to detail.

Self-motivated and works independently.
Multitask, office is extremely fast paced.
Communicate with others to gather information.
Able to maintain records.
Wages: Varies depending upon experience.
Must be covid vaccinated.
