Salad/Prep

Prepare and assemble salads and other cold and hot dishes according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized salad station. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored and handled safely. Experience working with oven, preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
