Hotel/Inn on-site operator, single/couples, Assistant/s to Owner Mngmt

Single Person/Couple wanted to assist in operation of new luxury boutique Inn in downtown Portsmouth NH. Hospitality experience mandatory. Duties include but not limited to/ Interaction with guests during their stay via text, phone and in person, troubleshooting minor issues, laundry, tidying, light cleaning, interior and exterior upkeep via stocking, supply ordering, handling interior plant and exterior plantings, shoveling/salting. Optional responsibilities available; social media promotion, marketing, light maintenance, advanced management. You will be able to have another job in addition to this job; most likely a remote position. Seasonally busier May through November. Position includes newer one bedroom apartment downtown Portsmouth, utilities, parking, pto. Must be computer savvy, have iPhone, and able to use Cloudbeds, or other online property management program.
