High-volume, full-service deli and kitchen at Seacoast convenience store and gas station looking to hire a full-time Deli Manager. Specific work schedule (days/hours) to be discussed prior to hiring, generally 35-40 hours per week.
The Deli Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day aspects of the deli and kitchen including staff, customer service, food production, ordering and merchandising. The Deli Manager ensures that all deli staff are properly trained, that food safety and health regulations are followed, and that customer service is consistently excellent. They will also be responsible for training staff on proper food handling and safety procedures, monitoring food quality and presentation, and resolving customer complaints. The Deli Manager must have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. The Deli Manager should also have a good understanding of food products and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
