Student Assistance Program (SAP) Counselor
We have a position available for the 2024-2025 school year. 40 hours, 5 days per week for a Student Assistance Program (SAP) Counselor at the high school level in central NH. This multi-faceted position provides an opportunity to provide individual and group counseling for at risk students, facilitate classroom discussions around substance misuse prevention, and initiate school and community wide prevention messaging for students, staff, and parents. Potential candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for working with youth and families and thrive in a team oriented environment. Experience in substance misuse and mental health services is preferred. Extensive training and supervision will be provided. Graduate students looking for internships are welcome to apply.
