KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is looking for a Payroll Specialist for a client on the seacoast! This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package. There is potential for hybrid after training.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
Processing weekly payroll for 150+ EE’s
Calculating wages, deductions, withholdings
Resolve payroll discrepancies
Prepare payroll reports and tax filings
Respond to employees about payroll-related inquiries
Reconcile benefits deductions
Support HR department with onboarding, maintaining employee files, etc.
