KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a client in Portsmouth looking to add a Part-Time Bookkeeper to the team! This role is 100% onsite and is a permanent position directly with our client. This role is ideally 20-25 hours/week Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities include:
-Coding invoices and entering for payment
-Reviewing and processing employee expense reports
-Monthly credit card, AP, and AR reconciliations
-Setting up new vendors
-Vendor communication
-Entering and processing accounts receivable invoices
-Other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone with previous bookkeeping experience, preferably on a system larger than QuickBooks. Pay is $21-25/HR depending on experience.
