Barrett Electric is an electrical contracting firm located in Concord, NH.
We are hiring an office manager to provide office support using Quick Books Pro, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
AR/AP
Generate reports for management
File Davis Bacon federal wage reports with DOL
Manage 3rd party payroll reporting to the payroll company
Work with purchasing to issue and manage purchase orders
General office duties
A good candidate will be able to work in close knit team setting, be reliable and steady with good bookkeeping skills. QuickBooks skills are required.
