Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at glerups located in Newfields, NH. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing excellent customer service, creating a positive customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Experience in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experience
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the footwear industry or with handmade products is a plus.
