Our client, a large global manufacturing organization, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The organization is stable and offers an excellent benefit package upon completion of the temporary period. The position is an in office position.
The responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Associate will include but will not be limited to:
Processing accounts payable
Handling expenses
Reconciling vendor statements
Communicating with vendors
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Associate should have experience that meets the following requirements:
2+ years of previous accounts payable experience
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal personnel
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
