The Steward is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, supporting the back-of-house team in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This is a full-time position with an hourly compensation rate of $29.00 an hour plus tips.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Wash, sanitize, and store dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish station. Assist chefs with basic prep tasks, including ingredient cleaning and storage. Monitor and restock clean service ware for seamless kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety sanitation protocols.
