Programmatic Director

The expected salary range for this position is between 135,000 - $155,000 USD per yearReporting to the VP, Paid Media you will create impact within our Programmatic capability. We take pride in our achievements setting us apart in the industry.You'll contribute to support the business through consulting with clients to advance their strategy, implementing media and technology programs on behalf of amazing brands, pitching, and supporting all aspects of our client's media activation. Your career path could lead to both career progression and development.Your primary responsibilities will include:Promote the latest Programmatic technology solutions and industry trendsCollaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions that span all areas of the digital spectrumMentor and educate members of the Programmatic Display Team to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual's ongoing personal developmentManage resourcing and allocation across a large client portfolioPartner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients, including asset development, client communication, and in-person client presentationsAlign with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharingOversee/ensure deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisionsDevelop client analysis to build and advance client strategies
