Turner & Townsend is seeking a Program Manager – Data Center Construction & Analytics to join our high-performing team supporting a global technology client on a large-scale data center construction program.This role is embedded within the client’s Engineering Change Management (ECM) team and plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making, program delivery excellence, and process improvement across a complex, fast-paced capital construction environment.The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management, data analytics, and change management experience, with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Construction, and Operations. A background in construction or capital project delivery is essential, particularly within large-scale or mission-critical environments such as data centers.

 Responsibilities:Track and manage engineering changes across in-flight construction projects.Support and improve change management processes and tools.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models using Python, dbt, and cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Construction, Operations) to ensure data integrity and alignment.Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Create visual workflows and documentation to support change processes.Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and data management.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
