We are seeking a part-time Training Consultant with hands-on experience in launching card programs within an issuer environment. This role will support the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program for internal staff, ensuring a smooth rollout of a new card program. This is a contract-based engagement requiring approximately 220 hours over a six-month period.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the program manager to develop training materials, including but not limited to playbooks, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and optional short training videos.
Design and facilitate a formal training workshop (4–8 hours) for approximately 10 team members to educate them on the process of launching a card program.
Provide ongoing support and respond to team questions during the card launch process.
