Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests of our restaurants and lounges feel unique and valued.Compensation: $15.75 - $21.00, plus gratuitiesSummary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceUnderstand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS systemAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsHave full knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageAdhere to Hotel's LQA service standardsOther duties as assigned
