The Maître D’ is responsible for orchestrating the guest arrival experience, managing table flow, and overseeing host team performance. As the lead ambassador at the front of house, this role ensures all guests are greeted with warmth and precision, and that VIP service and pacing are upheld throughout the shift. This full-time position has an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all host stand operations, managing seating chart, waitlist, and pacing strategy Personally welcome high-profile and returning guests, ensuring appropriate recognition and service alignment Coordinate with kitchen and floor managers to ensure smooth table turns and guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints or seating concerns discreetly and effectively Train and supervise host team members, ensuring service consistency and appearance standards Maintain open communication with management regarding floor flow and service gaps
