Lead Project Manager - PEGA CDH Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions. This individual will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing Pega CDH projects to drive business outcomes and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Pega-based implementations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional (on, near and offshore) teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH implementation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. (Proven experience leading Pega CDH implementation projects is a mandatory requirement)Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation frameworks and other documentation required to achieve project success. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Drive project governance and ensure adherence to industry standards, organizational guidelines, and Pega implementation best practices. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Ensure successful integration of Pega CDH solutions with existing systems and business processes. Facilitate routine scrum ceremonies and stakeholder communication. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team. Promote CDH solution and delivery best practices within and across projects.
