The F&B Reservationist is responsible for managing guest bookings, coordinating seating assignments, and optimizing the flow of the restaurant. This role requires impeccable organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to deliver an exclusive, seamless guest experience. 
 
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-touch, luxury environment, is tech-savvy, and has deep knowledge of dining culture and VIP guest handling. This full-time position has hourly compensation of $35.00 an hour.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all restaurant reservations using platforms like SevenRooms, OpenTable, or Resy. Oversee VIP guest bookings, special occasions, and private dining requests. Maintain detailed guest profiles to track preferences, allergies, and past visits. Work closely with the Maitre D’ and service team to optimize the seating chart and flow of service. Communicate accurate wait times, seating availability, and accommodations to guests. Handle high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism. Assist with guest follow-ups, confirmations, and special accommodations. Collaborate with the Marketing and PR teams for exclusive dining experiences.
