Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:Seeking a results-driven individual to support financial analysis across the finance/FP&A function and grow their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  The Financial Analyst will support Finance Management (Finance Manager, Director of Finance, VP of Finance, CFO) and other business leaders to provide high-impact insights that support strategic decision-making.Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial data and support month-end activities.Create insightful reporting and analytics, KPI’s and measurements.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.Support key business leaders with financial reporting and analysis to inform and guide decision-making (Product/Business, Technology, Advisory, etc.).Assist in the automation and streamlining of current processes to grow efficiencies within the team.Facilitating the evolution and maturation of the operating practices of entire CFO organization, including department meeting rituals, goal setting and priority tracking.Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD (plus 10% bonus)
