Reporting into the Executive Recruiting Partner, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from initial consultation of a new project through to offer acceptance. As a strategic partner to the business you will support search strategies, identify target companies and markets, and building relationships with high potential candidates for future opportunities and referral.  You will be responsible for supporting our global executive search efforts by driving best practice research, ensuring that we identify, engage and attract top-tier talent globally.This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven individual with a well-rounded research and recruitment skill set to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a pivotal role, helping shape our future growth and continuing our high growth trajectory. We are responsible for acquiring talent including lift outs (senior rain makers), bringing new and innovative capabilities, enhancing existing ones, and expanding our footprint and market opportunities. Our team partners closely with senior leaders across our business units to execute our long-term strategy.This is a remote role with opportunity to meet in our NYC or Long Island office for meaningful meetings. Job Responsibilities Relationship Building & Engagement:Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to identify and engage them in the search process.Developing a network of passive talent for future opportunities.Engaging with potential candidates in a professional and personable manner. Market Research & Analysis:Developing and executing research strategies to identify suitable candidates for executive positions.Analyzing market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry-specific data to inform search strategies.Gathering data through various channels, including online searches, networking, and direct outreach.Using data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and insights that can be used to find the best candidates. Presentation & Communication:Preparing and delivering presentations to executive stakeholders, highlighting candidate profiles and market insights.Communicating search progress and results to internal stakeholders.Providing clear and concise reports and presentations that are easy for the business to understand.Using data visualization tools to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate insights. Recruitment:Collaborating with candidates and internal stakeholders as well as hiring managers to understand the business growth goals and define job requirements and search strategies.Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening, interviewing, and making offers.Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
