Digital Transformation Program Manager

AECOM is seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager to be based in New York, NY.Responsibilities:Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company standards.Provides periodic progress reports to senior management.Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions, oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on financial analysis and improvement.Provide solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals.Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes and operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives, from conception to implementation and post-implementation review.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation efforts and report on progress to stakeholders.
