This is a fully remote opportunity.About this positionWe're seeking a Mid-Level Data Engineer to support data design and delivery within our Risk Assurance Data and System projects. The ideal candidate is an independent, technically adept professional who can identify and lead data engineering initiatives. You will work closely with data analysts, IT teams, and business partners to ensure optimal data pipeline and model development.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and models across various technologiesAnalyze raw data sets and combine information from multiple sourcesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignmentParticipate in design reviews and provide technical guidanceLead data solution design, modeling, and implementation, ensuring secure and efficient codeSkills/Requirements5-10 years of experience as a Data EngineerProficiency in Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, Databricks & AlteryxStrong SQL skills, including stored procedures and integration techniquesFamiliarity with Azure, Agile methodologies, and DevOps toolsExperience with data modeling, cloud technologies, and end-to-end data architectureAdditional InformationContract role with potential to convertFully remoteInterview process includes 2 rounds (technical and business-facing)Pay RangePay Range: $60-$70/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
