Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections to client and internal vehicles in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner according to standardized and manufacturer guidelinesDiagnose vehicle concerns, provide clear and concise documentation of finding and repairsTranslating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology while educating customers on maintenance and repair needsMaintain a high level of cleanliness and proficiency in work carried out throughout the shop, as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of shop and shop toolsComplete and review repair orders with service advisors, clearly explaining additional service needsCollaborate with service staff and management to ensure timely completion of workDeliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standardsAssist with other related duties as neededIf exceed performance expectation consistenty, this role may need to an apprenticeship in the future
