Technology Initiatives Specialist

Clarus is seeking a proactive Technology Initiative Specialist to lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies that align with Clarus's business goals.This role will be key in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new technologies that align with Clarus’s strategic objectives. As a thought leader in technology, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to champion the adoption of cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.Additionally, you will develop and lead the technology scouting and discovery methodology, staying ahead of industry trends and market advancements to inform technology initiatives. You will lead technology trials from ideation to evaluation, managing a pipeline of emerging technology projects and supporting the trials process across the business.We are open to having candidates located in New Plymouth, Wellington or Hamilton.
