Event Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with our clients' branding goals and business strategies. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver events that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the full event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event analysisCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all objectives and brand messaging are alignedCoordinate with vendors, venues, and third-party partners to manage logistics, contracts, and timelinesMonitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful event deliveryOversee event set-up, on-site execution, and breakdownMaintain detailed records, reports, and evaluations for continuous improvementSupport marketing and promotional efforts related to each event
