 About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email/chat.Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.Handle payments and transactions if required.Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues.Keep up-to-date with company policies, products, and services.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.
